Barrantes Group Living Inc. has an experienced Program Director that oversees all of our homes and the programming associated with each. The Program Director ensures programming is developed with the clients’ input in regard to their wants and needs to create a positive and collaborative environment.

Each program is equipped with a Team Lead in the home that creates daily schedules, with the Program Director’s oversight, and works to make sure each client has a meaningful day, filled with activities and outings that are exciting (and cost-effective!).

Examples of some of the programming we implement:

• Daily hygiene and medication calendars
• TV and electronic management schedules
• Participation in community activities
• Exercise (ranging from daily walks to karate classes and other sports)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Appointment management
• And much more!

All of our documentation is done electronically and monitored internally on a daily and weekly basis. This allows us to have immediate access to all client information and provides the opportunity to gather and present the data in different ways as needed.
